Effective fundraising is critical for the sustainability of every non-profit organisation. In this 1.5 hour webinar we explore how monitoring and evaluation (M&E) can be a key asset for increasing your fundraising success, both through selling the strengths of your M&E to potential new funders and effectively promoting your results.

The webinar was hosted by inFocus CEO, Dr Damian Hatton, who was joined by our special guest and President of MCG Consulting Group, TJ McGovern. Both presenters will explore how you can use effective monitoring and evaluation (M&E) to become more 'funder/ investor ready' and ultimately, attract and retain more donors in the long term.

Dr Damian Hatton is the Managing Director of inFocus and a dynamic social entrepreneur and Leadership Coach. He combines a broad range of skills and experiences from the last 25 years. Having initially trained as a medic, he worked as a doctor in the UK and Australia, prior to founding and running one of the most exciting, impactful and fastest-growing charities in the UK (Street League). He has since worked across all five continents, supporting many different types of social impact actor to develop and grow their skills and capabilities to run high performing charities, foundations and social enterprises.

TJ McGovern

TJ McGovern, Founder and President of MCG Consulting Group, is a nonprofit coach, trainer, consultant, and speaker with 19 years of experience in development, strategic visioning, campaign management, and major gift solicitation. TJ has coached and trained numerous organizations—schools, social service agencies, and social ventures—through successful funding efforts ranging from $100K to $20M. He has also trained leaders from over 100 organizations on how to use engagement process to maximize funding opportunities.
