A bit about Ceci

Cecilia has more than 12 years of experience with MEAL/IMM consultancy focused on social impact measurement and evaluation, working with very well-known and prestigious international foundations, philanthropic funds, international agencies and corporations, such as Womanity Foundation, Porticus, Omidyar Network, Transparency International, Oxfam, AVINA Foundation, Coca-Cola, European Commission, Interamerican Development Bank (IDB), among others.

She has sound experience leading projects to design and improve their Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) strategy across diverse thematic topics such as gender equality, youth education and employment, civic technologies and social innovation. Moreover, Cecilia has managed IMM projects in a global context across Latin America, Europe and MENA regions. Cecilia has solid experience workshop’s design and facilitation, developing training and conducting quantitative and qualitative research studies. Cecilia has supported more than 40 social entrepreneurs in their Theory of Change design as a Coach at the European Social Innovation Competition and at Unltd Spain Acceleration Programmes.

Experience and qualifications

Cecilia holds an MSc in Social Policies and Public Services (University of Salamanca, Spain) and a BA in International Relations (Catholic University of Argentina). She also took part of postgraduate courses in Circular Economy (Ellen Mc Arthur Foundation), Business Design for Innovation (H2i Institute) and Social Applied Statistics (Latin American Social Science University, FLACSO)
