Join this 90-minute webinar to gain a good understanding of the 12 steps to measure and manage your social impact through effective monitoring, evaluation and learning. You’ll be introduced to all the various the tools and processes needed to unlock the potential of measuring impact to improve and grow.CIM Tutorials: 12 steps to Effective Impact Measurement and Management
A four-week webinar series (one 90-minute webinar per week) hosted by an impact measurement expert tutor. The course provides a thorough introduction to the end-to-end tools and processes needed to effectively measure and manage impact. The course runs a minimum of twice a year, with additional dates issued according to demand.CIM Practicals: The Complete Impact Manager in Practice
As a complement to the Group Tutorials, we host a series of follow-up small group ‘practical’ sessions over a four-week period (one 90-minute practical per week) that support the practical application of each impact measurement technique or a key step in the process e.g. building a Theory of Change. Foundations in Impact Measurement (FIM)
A set of introductory modules exploring key concepts and processes related to monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL). With approximately 90 minutes of online content including videos, games and articles, it provides learners with a good understanding of the 12-steps to develop and deploy an MEL system and what needs to be in place for effective impact measurement. Upon completion you will receive your personal FIM certificate of success.Complete Impact Manager (CIM) Modules
The CIM e-Learning course offers a deep-dive into key topics including participatory impact measurement, developing a theory of change, data collection methods and how to communicate your impact. Through exercises, videos and quizzes the e-learning component provides an interactive and immersive learning experience that is split into 15 modules, so you can jump in and out of different topics as required.
Approximate time to complete ‘end-to-end’ is 8-10 hours in total, however you can flexibly access just the modules you require, and go at your own pace.
