Diversification of the Sports Media: Case Study

The Black Collective of Media in Sport (BCOMS) is an independent group of BAME professionals in the sports media whose aim and commitment are to make the industry more diverse. 

In September 2019, as part of his commitment to EURO 2020, the Mayor of London invested £40,000 through the Major Events Community Engagement Fund (MEEF) in a new partnership with BCOMS to deliver the ‘Diversification of the Sports Media’ programme.
