IMM Experience

Previous to inFocus, Damian founded Street League. Street League is a UK NGO that specialises in changing the lives of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds through the power of football, with a long-term vision to help bring an end to structural youth unemployment in the UK. Here, Damian acted as CEO for 9 years and gained frontline experience and insight into the various challenges and rewards of developing, ‘scaling up’ and sustaining an NGO involved in civil society development.
