Developing a Theory of Change and Logic Models

This training session will provide participants with practical guidance on developing a theory of change and logic models to support effective Impact Measurement and Management (IMM). Participants will be guided through creating a simple one-page theory of change, starting with a social problem and corresponding activities, then collaboratively developing a chain of outcomes and underlying assumptions. The session will conclude with a look at how a Theory of Change can be used in conjunction with a Logic Model for monitoring purposes.

This session will last 90 minutes and will be followed by an additional half hour of optional Q&A time.
