In this 90 minute webinar (including 30 minutes for Q&A) we will be using interactive exercises and discussions to review the content of the first two eLearning topics: Who to involve in IMM and Ethics in IMM. We will also provide a short recap on the key learning points for each topic.

IMM Foundation Plus Webinar 2
7 May 2020 | 2-3.30pm BST
In this webinar we introduce theories of change and indicators. A theory of change can be a strong basis for IMM as it provides a ‘blueprint’ of how your activities lead to outcomes and impact, that you can actually measure against. In the context of impact measurement, indicators are the pieces of data that we collect to demonstrate whether a change has taken place and if an outcome or impact is occurring (and to what extent).

IMM Foundation Plus Webinar 3

We also introduce the topic of sampling and what to consider when selecting a sample, how to develop question-based tools such as focus groups and interviews, and how to deploy tools through developing a deployment plan and training staff.
