Tom Keyte is Co-founder and a Senior Consultant at inFocus. He has over 17 years of experience as an evaluator, trainer and consultant, supporting not-for-profit organisations with monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) solutions. Tom oversees and takes part in complex evaluations as part of the inFocus evaluation team and sets up and runs global communities of practice with organisations from around the world. He develops consultancy, training and marketing resources and has run training and developed MEL solutions for not for profit organisations in over 30 countries, both in-person and remotely. Tom has worked as both as a trainer and consultant in supporting over 100 organisations around the world to develop theories of change and implement MEL processes, this has included both international and grassroots organisations and across a range of social development topics at inFocus since 2009. Some of Tom’s key recent clients include the Catalyst Network, Nominet, Breast Cancer Now, Teenage Cancer Trust, Power to Change and Future Dot Now in the Tech For Good space. Tom has also worked with a range of community development organisations, including UKCF, Diverse Voices, Refugee Action, Comic Relief and the FIBA Foundation.
